Amber Alert for Atlanta Sisters, Babysitter Sought

An Amber Alert is active in Georgia for two Atlanta sisters - Zola Cooper, 4, and her 11-month-old sister, Norah Cooper - who police believe were abducted by their babysitter.

The girls were last seen around 6 p.m. Saturday in the area of Jones Avenue Northwest and James P. Brawley Drive Northwest, WSB-TV and FOX 5 Atlanta report. WSB-TV places the last known location at 365 James P. Brawley Drive NW.

Atlanta police say the children are in extreme danger. Anyone who sees them should call the Atlanta Police Department Special Victims Unit at 404-546-4260 or Crime Stoppers Atlanta at 404-577-8477.

What Police Are Looking For

Atlanta police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are searching for a 2009 white Ford F350 with Alabama license tag 1C087Y4.

Police identified the babysitter as Lakesha Brown, according to WSB-TV.

Zola is 3 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 42 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen in a multicolored dress.

Norah is about 2 feet tall and weighs about 28 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She is missing the index and middle fingers on her right hand, police say, and was last seen in a pink onesie.
