Two women whose images as girls were found in pornography seized from Jeffrey Epstein have filed a class action lawsuit against his estate on behalf of everyone depicted in his collection of child sexual abuse material.
The complaint, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, names the co-executors of Epstein's estate as defendants.
It also accuses the Justice Department of holding "large tranches" of that material without ever notifying the victims pictured in it, according to Raw Story.
What the Suit Alleges
The lawsuit alleges Epstein kept a "modeling book" containing "sexualized images of children" in a locked safe, NBC News reported.
The women are suing over the images and videos found in Epstein's files, The Independent reported.

The plaintiffs' central complaint is against the government as much as the estate: they say the Justice Department has sat on large volumes of child sexual abuse material seized from Epstein and never told the people depicted in it that their images were in federal hands.
Two Republican lawmakers told Raw Story that the renewed House push to force out more Epstein records is picking up support and that the prospect of a "final signature" has rattled the White House.
Forbes reported that the newly introduced House bill is designed to get around billionaire Leon Black's refusal to testify about his non-disclosure agreements with women.
