The contract includes $101 million guaranteed, according to the AP and ESPN, which first reported the agreement through Adam Schefter.
Fox News noted the deal pays Witherspoon more per year than several NFL quarterbacks.

Seattle drafted Witherspoon fifth overall out of Illinois, signing him to a four-year, $31 million rookie contract.
Witherspoon was selected to the Pro Bowl in each of his first three seasons, made second-team All-Pro, and helped Seattle win the Super Bowl last season, the Boston Globe reported. He entered the extension with 32 career pass break-ups and two interceptions.
Witherspoon headed into the final year of his rookie deal with his contract status unresolved through training camp. He did not hold out.
