When and where is Charlie Kirk's memorial service?

State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, will host the service, per Turning Point USA.

Doors are expected to open at 8am local time (around 11am ET) on Sunday. The program begins at 11am local time.

Who can attend Charlie Kirk's service?

Admission is currently first-come, first-served, per Turning Point USA. Overflow attendees will be directed to the nearby Desert Diamond Arena.

State Farm Stadium holds 63,400 people. The Glendale Police Department told ABC News that more than 100,000 may attend.

Parking lots open at 7am, with overnight parking prohibited. Registration is encouraged ahead of time.

What to expect at Kirk's service

DHS designated the memorial a Level 1 Special Event Assessment Rating (SEAR) event — the highest security rating typically used for the Super Bowl or Boston Marathon, per ABC News.

Timeline

His remains were flown to his home city of Phoenix on Air Force Two. Arizona has become the epicenter of Kirk memorials.

Thousands attended a vigil at ASU's Desert Financial Arena on Sept. 15.

Thursday

The Senate passed a resolution Thursday creating a "National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk" — slated for what would be Kirk's birthday, Oct. 14.

Glendale police told the Arizona Republic to expect long lines and recommend carpooling or rideshare.

Dress code is "Sunday best" with red, white, or blue attire encouraged, per Turning Point USA.

Prohibited items include weapons, explosives, outside food and drink, strollers, selfie sticks and bags.

Guests arriving with bags will not be allowed inside, Turning Point USA says. "You will be required to return the bag to your vehicle and rejoin the line from the end," the event's website reads.

Kirk's memorial will be livestreamed on his Rumble account, the service's website says.

Fox News will offer special programming starting at 6am ET on Fox News Channel.

ABC News Live plans to livestream Kirk's service across all programs and platforms.

MSNBC will cover Kirk's funeral with reporters and correspondents providing insight throughout the day.
