The man who sprayed vinegar at Democratic Rep. Ilhan Omar during a Minneapolis town hall was sentenced Thursday to 14 months in prison after reaching a deal with prosecutors, the Associated Press reported.
Anthony Kazmierczak, 56, was charged over the Jan. 27 attack, which happened as Omar was criticizing federal immigration enforcement in Minnesota.
At an earlier hearing, Kazmierczak said he did not remember much of the incident, Just the News reported.
